18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

Platform nature. SneekyLinq is an advertising directory platform. SneekyLinq does not produce, create, edit, manufacture, publish, or directly engage in the production of any sexually explicit visual depictions. All content on SneekyLinq is user-generated and uploaded by registered providers.

Provider obligations. Providers who upload photos or other visual depictions to SneekyLinq represent and warrant that:

• All individuals depicted in uploaded content are 18 years of age or older at the time of the visual depiction
• The provider possesses and maintains records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for any sexually explicit visual depictions they upload
• Such records are available for inspection by the Attorney General as required by law

Secondary producer status. To the extent SneekyLinq may be considered a “secondary producer” of any sexually explicit content under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, SneekyLinq maintains records in compliance with applicable law and asserts that, as a platform that does not produce visual depictions but merely hosts user-uploaded content, it qualifies for applicable exemptions under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B) and related regulatory guidance.

Age verification. SneekyLinq requires all providers to attest to being 18 years of age or older during account registration. SneekyLinq additionally offers optional identity verification through an independent third-party identity verification provider (Veriff). The Verified badge on a provider's profile indicates that their age and identity have been independently confirmed.

Image safety screening. All photos uploaded to SneekyLinq are screened by automated image safety tools before they appear publicly on the platform. Photos that do not pass automated screening are not published. SneekyLinq also participates in industry programs for detecting known child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and reports all known or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
