Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes what is permitted and prohibited on SneekyLinq. It applies to all users — including Providers who list profiles and Members who browse and interact with listings. By using SneekyLinq you agree to this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.

1. Permitted Uses

The following activities are permitted on SneekyLinq:

  • Creating and maintaining a profile advertising lawful, adult personal services
  • Uploading photos that comply with our content standards (see Section 4)
  • Sending and receiving introduction requests for lawful meetings between consenting adults
  • Writing and receiving reviews based on genuine personal experience
  • Setting professional preferences, boundaries, and communication policies
  • Browsing public profiles of verified and unverified providers

2. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:

  • CSAM. Uploading, distributing, soliciting, or facilitating child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. We report all known or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
  • Human trafficking. Advertising, facilitating, or participating in human trafficking or the commercial sexual exploitation of persons.
  • Minors. Using SneekyLinq if you are under 18 years of age. Advertising or depicting any individual under 18 in any profile, photo, or listing.
  • Explicit solicitation of illegal activity. Using the platform to solicit, arrange, or advertise any sexual service that constitutes prostitution or another illegal act under applicable U.S. law.
  • Impersonation. Creating a profile that impersonates another individual, including using another person's name, likeness, or photos without their consent.
  • Harassment and threats. Sending threatening, abusive, or harassing messages to any other user.
  • Spam. Sending unsolicited bulk messages or automated content through the platform's messaging or introduction features.
  • Scraping and automation. Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, collect, or index platform content without our written permission.
  • False reviews. Submitting reviews that are fabricated, coerced, or based on transactions you did not personally experience.

3. Content Standards

All content on SneekyLinq — including profile text, photos, and communication policies — must comply with the following:

  • No illegal content. Content may not depict or solicit illegal activity.
  • No CSAM. Photos must not depict individuals under 18 in any context. All uploaded photos pass automated image safety screening before they appear on the platform.
  • Honest representation. Profile content must be a truthful representation of the provider. Deceptive marketing claims are prohibited.
  • No personal identifiers. Profiles may not publish government ID numbers, Social Security numbers, or similar sensitive identifying information for any individual.

SneekyLinq reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy, applicable law, or our Terms of Service, with or without prior notice.

4. Photo Policy

Photos uploaded to SneekyLinq are subject to the following requirements:

  • You must own or have explicit rights to every photo you upload
  • Photos must depict individuals who are 18 years of age or older
  • Photos are screened by automated image safety tools before appearing publicly; photos that fail safety screening will not be published
  • Explicit nudity or sexually graphic images may be permitted subject to our current content tier settings, which are subject to change
  • We retain the right to remove any photo that violates this policy or applicable law

5. Account Integrity

Each person may operate only one Provider account and one Member account at a time.

Creating duplicate accounts to evade a suspension or ban is prohibited. Sharing account credentials with third parties is prohibited.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@sneekylinq.com.

6. Enforcement

We enforce this AUP through a combination of automated tools, user reports, and human moderation. Violations may result in:

  • Warning and content removal
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Reporting to law enforcement and NCMEC where legally required

We do not offer appeals for account terminations involving CSAM, trafficking, or other serious violations. Other terminations may be reviewed by contacting our support team.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it:

  • Use the Report button on any provider profile
  • Email our safety team: safety@sneekylinq.com
  • To report suspected human trafficking or child exploitation, contact the NCMEC CyberTipline at 1-800-843-5678

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or on-site notice before they take effect. Continued use of SneekyLinq after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
