Terms of Service
Effective date: June 25, 2026 · SneekyLinq, Inc.
1.About SneekyLinq
SneekyLinq is an online advertising directory operated by SneekyLinq, Inc. ("SneekyLinq," "we," "us," or "our"). The platform allows independent adult service providers ("Providers") to publish advertising profiles visible to registered adults ("Members"). SneekyLinq is an advertising intermediary only. We do not arrange, broker, or provide any services advertised on the platform, and we make no representations about the accuracy, suitability, or legality of any advertised content or any interaction between Providers and Members.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all access to and use of sneekylinq.com and any related mobile or desktop interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, submitting an application, or browsing the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2.Eligibility
To use SneekyLinq you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
- Be a human individual — no bots, scrapers, or automated agents.
- Be located in or have the lawful right to access adult-oriented content in your jurisdiction.
- Not be subject to any court order, law, or regulation that prohibits you from using services of this nature.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting an application.
During Closed Alpha, Provider registration is invitation-only. Submitting a founding application does not create an account and carries no obligation on either party. SneekyLinq reserves the right to decline any application without explanation.
Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend the account, delete associated content, and may report the matter to appropriate authorities.
3.Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not use the Platform to:
- Solicit, advertise, arrange, or facilitate any illegal activity, including but not limited to prostitution, sex trafficking, or any service that is unlawful under applicable federal, state, or local law.
- Post, transmit, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting minors in a sexual context.
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or discriminate against any other user.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from the Platform by automated means without prior written consent.
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without authorization.
- Use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to any person.
- Upload content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network associated with the Platform.
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, referral to law enforcement, and civil liability. SneekyLinq cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and reports suspected trafficking or child exploitation to the NCMEC CyberTipline as required by law.
4.Membership Rules
Providers may publish one advertising profile per account. Profile content must be accurate, must relate solely to legal adult companionship advertising, and must not include offers or solicitation of illegal services. All photographs must depict the Provider (no stock images, third-party images, or images of other persons) and must pass SneekyLinq's automated image-safety screening before publication.
Members access Provider profiles and may submit Introduction Requests ("IRs") to initiate contact. Members represent that they are seeking lawful adult companionship or social engagements and will communicate respectfully with all Providers. Introduction Requests must not contain explicit solicitation of illegal services.
Reviews may only be submitted by Members who have an acknowledged Introduction Request with the relevant Provider. Reviews must be truthful, based on the Member's genuine experience, and must include an FTC disclosure certification. False, misleading, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited.
SneekyLinq reserves the right to remove any content, moderate any review, or restrict any account that violates these rules, our Acceptable Use Policy, or that we determine in our sole discretion is harmful to the community.
5.Payments
Provider subscriptions and visibility products are offered through SneekyLinq's payment processing partners. Payments are processed in U.S. Dollars. During Closed Alpha, Bitcoin (via BTCPay Server) is the exclusive payment method. Additional processors may be introduced in the future.
Subscription fees are charged on the applicable billing cycle (monthly or annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
Refunds. Digital subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. Exceptions may be made at SneekyLinq's sole discretion for documented billing errors. Visibility product credits (boosts, Centerpiece placements) are non-refundable once consumed.
Founding Provider pricing is locked for the duration of the Founding status. SneekyLinq may change pricing for Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond tiers with 30 days' notice via the email address on file.
6.Verification
SneekyLinq offers optional identity verification for both Providers and Members through our third-party verification partner (currently Veriff). Verification involves submitting a government-issued photo ID and a real-time selfie. Verified status indicates only that a user has passed the automated age and identity check at the time of verification — it does not constitute an endorsement, background check, or guarantee of any kind.
Providers who complete verification receive a "Verified" badge on their profile. Verification is required before a Provider's profile is published.
Members who complete verification gain access to contact information (where a Provider has enabled it) after an acknowledged Introduction Request.
Verification data is handled by our third-party partner and is subject to their privacy practices as well as our own Privacy Policy. SneekyLinq does not retain raw ID document images after the verification process is complete.
7.Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, how long we retain it, and your rights regarding your personal data. By using the Platform you acknowledge and consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
8.Intellectual Property
Platform content. All software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials comprising the SneekyLinq Platform are the property of SneekyLinq, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our express written permission.
User content. You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform ("User Content"). By uploading User Content you grant SneekyLinq a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Platform. This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account, subject to reasonable backup and legal-hold periods.
DMCA. SneekyLinq respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on the Platform, please send a DMCA takedown notice to legal@sneekylinq.com with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Counter-notices may be sent to the same address.
9.Disclaimers
AS-IS. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
No endorsement. SneekyLinq does not endorse, recommend, verify (beyond age/identity confirmation), or vouch for any Provider, Member, or any interaction between them. All engagements arranged through the Platform are entirely at your own risk.
Third-party services. The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, identity verification providers). SneekyLinq is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
Availability. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend or discontinue the Platform or any feature at any time without notice.
10.Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SNEEKYLINQ, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
IN ALL CASES, SNEEKYLINQ'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SNEEKYLINQ IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
11.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Miami, Florida. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
Nothing in this section prevents SneekyLinq from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
12.Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to the address on file or via a banner on the Platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account.
